Welcome to the website of the Austrian Jazz Awards! Here you will find comprehensive information about the Award. The submission period for the Austrian Jazz Awards 2025 and the registration of the Academy begins on 21.05.2025 and ends on 25.08.2025 (observation period: 26.08.2024 – 25.08.2025). The possibility to register in the "Jazz and Global Music Library" of jazz-related music projects in Austria since January 2022 remains under "ARTISTS UPLOAD".

To give more public attention to creative musicians, the Austrian Music Council (ÖMR), together with mica-music austria, the Ö1 Jazz editorial team, the IG World Music, and Porgy & Bess were able to achieve a reestablishment of an Austrian Jazz Award.
