Vienna born London based saxophonist Guido Spannocchi has come to critical acclaim through his delicate tone and unique approach which combines jazz vocabulary in combination with his upbringing surrounded by classical compositions.
"Kammermusik" (chamber music) Kammermusik marks Spannocchi’s first studio release in five years, following the critical success of Perihelion in 2021. On Kammermusik, he reflects on his Viennese upbringing steeped in classical music, while channelling the modern, cosmopolitan energy of London and the global influences shaped by years of extensive touring.
