Album: On Tour

A journey through countries and cultures, across generations and genres – diversity and dialogue become music. With her new album ON TOUR, Cécile Nordegg unites generations, genres, and cultures across geographical and musical boundaries. Her music builds bridges between people from different parts of the world, merging cultures, languages, and instruments into a shared soundscape. The album is based on spontaneous live recordings from her concerts in Dakar, Guatemala City, and Los Angeles – snapshots of a musical dialogue. These recordings have been expanded and complemented by fascinating new fusions: African compositions by Ouz Kora and Moussa Diagne meet international musicians.
