Album: Blooming

"Blooming" is the name of the newly released album by Vorarlberger singer and songwriter Veronika Morscher. It is her second album after "My Heart on a String" (2014) and deals with a variety of personal themes and stories, with psychological considerations playing a special role. Musically, the nine tracks oscillate between jazz and the singer-songwriter genre - with a jazzy approach in terms of playing style and harmonies and a strong melodic character, the voice and the lyrics at the center. The music was recorded live, straight onto tape, and pressed exclusively on vinyl.
