Album: Fruits of Passion & Sorrow

With “Fruits of Passion & Sorrow”, German saxophonist / flutist Heinrich von Kalnein and Austrian trumpeter / vocalist Horst-Michael Schaffer release the 12th collaboration with their co-lead JBBG - Jazz Bigband Graz. Once again it is a production with JBBG’s small band unit called JBBG – Smål. And with the Armenian percussionist Arto Tunçboyacıyan, also present through his collaboration with Joe Zawinul and Mike Stern, as well as the German guitarist Hanno Busch, who became known through the German pop artist Jan Delay and the band “Heavytones” (TV Total), there are once again international guests on board, who have a decisive influence on the sound of the production.
