Album: SOIZ

“SOIZ” takes salt as its central metaphor for ambivalence, memory and identity. Rooted in Anna Buchegger’s Salzburg background, the album combines dialect and Alpine tradition with electronic grooves, amapiano influences and a contemporary sound language. Salt becomes a metaphor for her artistic approach to language and origin: preserving without fossilising. The result is a distinctive musical voice between folk heritage, global influences and the present, reinterpreting familiar traditions while continually evolving them.
