Album: Horses

Following their debut album “Hoas is!”, Alpkan released “Horses” in April 2026. In terms of content, it’s classic Alpkan—music from somewhere between the Alps and the Balkans. The cover features a real “horse”—a Sachs Express 125, built in 1955—and that’s enough to get their horses running wild! You can hear it on the title track “Horses,” as well as on “Hosndial” and “Daunzn.” Things take on a Balkan flair with Ludo and Moja, evoking Croatian folk songs. Schwoazfoahra and Kaiser deliver their lyrics in Viennese dialect. Finally, after 13 tracks, things go “stü” (quiet)—an instrumental piece bearing that very title provides a conciliatory conclusion to this wild, breakneck ride — the new Alpkan album "Horses".
