Newcomer: Lili Maljic

Lili Maljic (Ljiljana Maljic) is a jazz vocalist based in Austria with Serbian roots. After classical piano studies, she studied jazz voice at MUK Vienna and is currently completing her masters degree at KUG Graz. With her debut album The Nearness Of You – In Loving Memory Of Jim Rotondi (2025) she established herself as an emerging voice in contemporary jazz. Her music combines lyrical expression, improvisational freedom, and the tradition of the Great American Songbook. Regular concert performances and the development of a new internationally oriented album project reflect her clear artistic growth and future development as an artist.
