Moritz Lindner (2004) is an Austrian drummer, percussionist, composer and bandleader from Upper Austria. After graduating from POP-BORG Linz, he is currently studying jazz drums at Anton Bruckner Private University with Herbert Pirker and Stephan Maass. In 2023, he received the Joe Zawinul “Z” Award, which enabled him to study in Los Angeles with Peter Erskine and Omar Hakim. In late 2024, he performed in Felix Hafner’s theatre production “TEMPO” at Phönix Theater Linz. With ROUNDABOUT, he released the widely acclaimed debut EP SIDEQUEST (Agogo Records) in 2025. In 2025/26, the band toured Austria, Germany, Hungary, Spain and the UK, including a performance at London’s legendary The Jazz Café featuring Jamie Leeming.
