Project Description
Since 2022, guitarist Tobias Faulhammer, bassist Gregor Aufmesser, and drummer Jakob Kammerer have developed a shared musical language shaped by communication, curiosity, and collective intuition. Centered on Faulhammer’s compositions, the trio balances structure and improvisation while continuously refining its distinctive sound between tradition and contemporary jazz. Inspired by groups such as the John Scofield Trio and Bill Frisell, they have performed at renowned venues and festivals across Austria, Germany, and Hungary. Their acclaimed debut album Tres Caballeros was released in 2024. With Ascension (2026), the trio presents the next step in its artistic evolution.
