The Gedankenreiseorchester combines imaginative stories with a stylistically open musical language. Jazz and global music form the framework for the musicians' original compositions.
Each concert is guided by the children's imagination and is unique: sometimes groovy rhythms emerge, sometimes dreamy soundscapes or spontaneous improvisations. The audience is actively involved—by contributing ideas, singing together, and performing body percussion. In this way, music becomes a process that thrives on spontaneity and diversity. The interactive concerts for children spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and invite children and adults alike to discover music as a shared adventure.
