With “Non-Artificial”, Nenad Vasilic presents a powerful statement for authenticity and artistic freedom. His 16th album as a bandleader and composer, released in 2026 via Galileo Music, features ten original compositions blending jazz with Balkan influences and elements of classical tradition.
Vasilic is joined by Vuk Vasilic (piccolo bass), Samo Hude (piano, Fender Rhodes) and Pedja Milutinovic (drums). Together they create an organic, vibrant sound, combining energetic grooves, lyrical moments and improvisation.
“Non-Artificial” reflects Vasilic’s commitment to musical honesty and a natural, unprocessed sound. It marks another milestone in his more than 25-year international career as one of Europe’s distinctive jazz double bassists.
