With “Non-Artificial”, Nenad Vasilic presented his 16th album as a clear statement of authenticity and artistic freedom. The ten original compositions combine jazz with Balkan music and elements of classical tradition. Together with Vuk Vasilic (Piccolo Bass), Samo Hude (Piano, Fender Rhodes) and Pedja Milutinovic (Drums), Vasilic developed an organic, vibrant sound between groove, lyrical moments and free improvisation. The album was presented live on tour with concerts in Graz, Vienna, Serbia, France, the Czech Republic and other European countries. The performances were characterized by the quartet’s energy, strong interaction and the direct, authentic sound of the music.
