AMITIÉS – An album for the soul of Europe and an ode to friendship. At a time when cohesion in Europe is more important than ever, Valérie Sajdik's new album reminds us of the unifying power of music. She recorded it in France with renowned French jazz pianist and arranger Cédric Chauveau. The two artists have been friends for ten years, a friendship that has already found expression in previous projects. Chauveau is known for his sensitive playing and his deep-rooted love of swing and blues. In addition to the songs recorded as a duo, there are also those accompanied by double bass and drums: Michel Altier and Samuel Devauchelle. The joy in the recordings is unmistakable and infectious!
