Liveact: Peter Lenz Large Ensemble

Our concerts are sonic journeys, with each stop designed to evoke different emotions. The focus is not on compositional concepts, but on what the music and live projections awaken in the audience. The fusion of music and visual art creates a unique tension. As a jazz ensemble, improvisation plays a central role alongside composition. The pieces create soundscapes that offer soloists the freedom to explore new directions in every performance. The effort involved is considerable, so quality is prioritized over quantity. During the observation period, we performed five concerts: Grenzlandheim Bleiburg, Porgy & Bess Vienna (2x), Dom im Berg Graz, and Kulturhaus Straden. In September, we will perform at Most&Jazz Fehring and again at Porgy & Bess. Additional concerts are planned for 2026.
